Dattner Grant Announcement - Merger

Dear Friends and Associates, Clients and Partners,

It is with great pleasure that we announce the merger of Dattner Grant with Change Management Systems (CMS).

David Ryan, the founder of CMS, will be officially joining Dattner Grant as a partner on 1^st October 2011. David brings to the table significant business acumen, broad commercial experience, an understanding of complex change and the impact of leadership, in-depth knowledge of appraisals and selection processes, both for staff and leaders, and an important body of knowledge around emotional intelligence, and executive and board performance.

David will take up the role of Managing Director of Dattner Grant.

The Company will not change its name, nor its purpose (amplifying emerging voices). We will however be significantly expanding our reach and our ability to help companies – entrepreneurial, corporate, government, education and Not for Profit.
