The Dattner Grant approach is firmly based on the
philosophy of 'leader know thyself': the more a person understands
themselves, the more able they are to understand, empathise with and
manage the diversity of others they work with.
To this end, Dattner Grant has developed and/or is
accredited to provide a number of diagnostic tools for use
throughout the work we undertake with clients, including the following:

online in partnership with Dattner Grant)
- Emotional Competence Inventory (developed by the HayGroup,
administered online in partnership with Dattner Grant)
- Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (developed by
