David has operated as a CEO, Senior Executive, Board Chairman and member and consultant in a wide range of organisations. David has a strong commitment to working with Executive teams to develop vision and strategy during organisational change (restructures, M & A) within private and public companies as well as working within Government and Not for Profit organisations.

David has significant business acumen, broad commercial experience, an understanding of complex change and the impact of leadership, in-depth knowledge of appraisals and selection processes, both for staff and leaders, and an important body of knowledge around emotional intelligence, Executive and Board performance. David is a highly experienced coach. He has led, managed and consulted on change projects in Australia, the UK, US and China. Clients include NASDAQ, ASX, Public companies, Government, NGO and a broad range of medium to large SMEs.
